Militaria Valuation Day – Monday 8th August

Great Western Auctions will hold a special Valuation Day of MILITARIA on

MONDAY 8th AUGUST 2016 10am -4pm

The market for Militaria is strong and we have experienced an increased demand for quality Military related items at auction.

Militaria features in all our fortnightly Antiques and Collectables Auctions with more valuable examples sold in our Quarterly Fine Arts and Antiques Auction.

We already have a strong Militaria section in our Autumn Fine Art & Antiques Auction on the 23rd & 24th September and are inviting further entries for this Militaria sale.

We regularly find treasures in our day to day valuations and our Dedicated Militaria day will give you an opportunity to discover if you have items of value.

Among the items of interest are Medals and Awards, Uniforms, Belts, Buckles, Caps, Badges, Weapons, Swords, Guns, Daggers, Photographs, Letters, Diaries, Log Books and Albums, Military Watches, Clocks and Binoculars,  Gun sights, Military equipment, Ephemera, Trench Art, Military and War related Paintings

Military items from ALL periods up to the present day from Army, Navy and Airforce from all countries are of interest.

Our specialists Iain McQueen and Philip McLean will be available to give an up to date assessment of your Militaria, whether it be a single piece or an entire collection.

Please phone for an appointment (0141 954 1500) or just turn up on the day.

We will be delighted to see you.
