A SUBSTANTIAL SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND RING
set in a 18ct yellow and white gold classic crown setting the central diamond of estimated approx 2.2cts, is flanked by two oval sapphires of approx 7.7mm x 6.2mm. Finger size R, weight 6.9gms
The diamond is a nice clean example, with one tiny tiny carbon feather and some even smaller crystal inclusions. It is however burnt, and would need re polishing to bring out its sparkle again. Sapphires have visible straight banding, mount all good.
