of rounded form, with profusely embossed and repousse work of villagers, warriors, cavalry, court scenes, a tiger mauling a villager, on an engraved scrolling foliate ground, with a band of petals below, the base engraved with a peacock, surrounded by an engraved inscription 'THAYET. MYO. BURMAH. MAUNG.KYAI.SILVERSMITH. HOUSE No. 110. BLACKSMITH. ROAD. THAYET. MYO. Both bowls have dents and dings to the bases. The repousse work is in good condition on the silver example. No signs of restoration
